Elected to MKU Syndicate

Two members have been declared elected to the Syndicate of Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) on Monday. They were elected to the Syndicate from the university's Academic Council at the election held on March 18.

The new members elected were: R. Madhanagopal, Principal, Madurai Kamaraj University College, Madurai and P. T. Manoharan, Associate Professor of Botany, Vivekananda College, Tiruvedakam. They were elected in the category of teachers of affiliated colleges.

Already, K. Muthuchelian, Professor and Head, Department of Bio-energy, School of Energy, Environment and Natural Resources, MKU, has been elected as Syndicate member.
