KOCHI: The Hindu Edge and Hindustan University are jointly organising a comprehensive career guidance programme at five centres in Kerala in November and December. The event in Kochi is being held at A.J. Hall, Kaloor, on Friday.
District Collector K. Mohammed Y. Safirulla, the chief guest, will inaugurate the programme, which will be held from 9.15 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Mr. Safirulla will also speak on civil services as a career option.
There will be sessions on methods to score maximum marks in NEET and JEE and State entrance examination, engineering and medical courses, options, future prospects, alternative careers, and education abroad. A doubt-clearing session will follow.

Education experts and career gurus will lead the sessions. The objective of the event is to enable and equip Plus Two students to make informed choices on their careers.
Students who have already made their career options will also benefit from the programme.
Participants are expected to report at the venue by 9 a.m. Complimentary refreshments will be provided to all participants.
