The Solar Scam Inquiry Commission has allowed the lawyer of the Kerala Police Association to cross-examine Saritha S. Nair on Tuesday.
The commission took the decision following her allegation that she had donated Rs.20 lakh to the association for one of its conference. Following the allegation, the association had sought permission to implead itself in the proceedings.
The commission will also examine G.R. Ajith, the former secretary of the association, whom, according to Saritha, had collected the money.
