A bail petition was filed by B.S. Anoob, 22nd accused in the murder of SFI activist Abhimanyu at Ernakulam Maharaja’s College, on Tuesday in the Kerala High Court.
The charge against the petitioner was that he was part of the conspiracy and had harboured some of the accused in the case. He was arrested on July 12. The Ernakulam Sessions Court had earlier dismissed his bail plea.
