Women, childcare centre opens at Sunshine Hospital, Madhapur

A centre for women and childcare was inaugurated at Sunshine Super-speciality Hospitals, Madhapur, by the TRS MP from Nizamabad, Kalvakuntla Kavitha, here in Friday, a statement said. The centre, which will be headed by gynaecologist Manjula Anagani, will have leading gynaecologists, neonatologists, paediatricians and other healthcare professionals for children.

“Modern day women are busy with daily chores due to which they are neglecting their health completely for the sake of family and trying to balance their home and work. We want to address this critical issue by providing all possible support under one roof. We specialise in high-risk pregnancies and infertility and offer counselling and preventive gynaecology, advanced hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and all other gynaecology procedures,” Dr. Manjula said. The centre is also equipped with level 2neonatal care, vaccination and also paediatric care.

The hospital will take up health and awareness camps for women in the districts of Telangana, while actor Samantha, who was present at the inaugural event, has decided to sponsor 25 critical surgeries every year for women from the districts of the State. Director, Sunshine Super Specialty Institute, Dr. Anil Krishna, Dr. A. V. Guruva Reddy and top doctors from the hospital, were present.
