According to railway police, 50-year-old Naga Seshu Venu kept the bag containing gold under her pillow when she slept. She noticed the bag missing when the train reached Warangal and informed the TTE.

A complaint was lodged after the train reached Secunderabad & railway police are investigating. The train is said to have just one halt at Vijayawada so there is no chance of anyone stealing the bag and alighting, railway police said.
