Two persons were killed in a road accident that took place at Kondapaka under Kuknoorpally police station limits in Medak district in the wee hours of Wednesday. According to Sub-Inspector Mr.Krishna, a DCM van with Maharashtra registration and going towards Maharashtra hit a lorry parked at road side resulting in the accident.
While one driver of the van was killed on t he spot another driver had his last breath at Siddipet hospital. However they were not yet identified and aged between 35 to 40 years. Kuknoorpally police registered a case and are investigating.
