Three students among five injured in accident

Three students of a primary class were amongst five persons, who sustained injuries when a sand-laden truck rammed into a school bus at Meerpet, on Monday morning. The school bus was coming from TRK College Arch in Meerpet towards Karmanghat when a truck coming from Sagar Ring Road rammed into it. “The bus overturned. Three students, an ayah and the driver sustained injuries in the accident,” Inspector Meerpet, G. Bhiksham Reddy said.

The police shifted the injured persons to a private hospital where they were administered first-aid.

SI sustains injuries

In another accident at ORR APPA under Narsingi police station limits, a Sub-Inspector of Cyberabad police sustained injuries after his car collided with Fortuner car on Monday. SI Janakiram was going towards Gachibowli in his car. “The SI apparently lost control over his vehicle and ran over the road divider and then rammed into a Fortuner car in which three persons were travelling,” Narsingi SI V. Sudheer Kumar said.
