Three killed as private bus rams autorickshaw

Three passengers were killed while two more sustained injuries when the auto-rickshaw in which they were travelling was hit by a speeding private bus at Beeramguda in Ramachandrapuram of Medak on city outskirts on Monday.

The three-wheeler was proceeding from Ramachandrapuram to Beerumguda when the oncoming bus rammed into it around 6 am, Ramachandrapuram DSP Madhusudhan Reddy said. The driver of the bus which was coming in the wrong direction was detained, Mr. Reddy said.
