Nimmagadda’s plea to court

Industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad, one of the accused in the VANPIC aspect of the quid pro quo investments cases, has appealed to a special court here to relax the conditions specified while granting him bail earlier this year.

The court wanted Prasad to inform it in advance whenever he intended to go out of Hyderabad. In a petition filed in the Principal Special Court for CBI Cases, Mr. Prasad said it was getting difficult for him to foresee his visits as he had different business interests spread in different locations in the country.
