A Telugu-origin doctor, Preeti Reddy, based in Sydney in Australia, was found murdered after she went missing five days ago.
The body of the 32-year old dentist, apparently killed by her friend Harsh Narde, who is also a dentist, was recovered from Kingsford, east of Sydney, in her car. It was stuffed in a suitcase and left in the car. Her body, apparently, had multiple stab injuries.
The suspect, Harsh Narde, who was her colleague at her previous workplace, was also found killed in a car crash about 350 km from the place where Preeti’s body was found. Police suspect that the accident of Narde was intentional and perhaps a suicide.

Preeti worked at Glenbrook Dental Surgery in the picturesque Blue Mountains west of Sydney. Her father, Narasimha Reddy, is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the Western Sydney University and hails from Yenmangandla near Jedcharla in the erstwhile Mahabubnagar district. Prof. Reddy moved to Australia when Preeti was five years old.
The New South Wales police said investigation was in progress and details should be verified before they were shared. Quoting Detective Superintendent Gavin Dengate, local newspapers reported that the duo had met in Sydney and the police are still looking at all the movements of the two.

Preeti went to St. Leonards for a dental conference where she had met Narde, who was her colleague and friend earlier. The last she spoke to her family was at 11 a.m. on Sunday when sje told them that she would return home after breakfast. When she did not return, her family contacted the police who located her body in her car at 9.30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Her last image was recorded at a McDonald’s outlet on George Street in Sydney’s Central Business District around 2.15 a.m. on Sunday. She was seen buying two bottles of water and walking towards the street where she was apparently staying at a hotel.
