Metro rail works to disrupt MMTS, train services today

The South Central Railway (SCR) has announced cancellation/partial cancellation of several trains including MMTS services due to traffic block imposed between Bharathnagar and Sanathnagar stations to facilitate Metro Rail crossing works on Saturday between 12.15 p.m. to 3.15 p.m.

Accordingly, all the 18 MMTS services which run to and from Lingampalli between 12.15 p.m. to 3.15 p.m. have been cancelled and the railways have also announced cancellation of Vikarabad – Kacheguda, Tandur – Hyderabad, Hyderabad – Tandur and Secunderabad – Vikarabad passenger services.

The Pune-Secunderabad Shatabdi Express would terminate and originate at Lingampalli instead of Secunderabad.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Railways launched a customer complaint web portal and mobile application that can be freely downloaded. The app allows tracking status of complaints registered on the portal with the help of the mobile App. Complaints and suggestions can be made on www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in. An SMS complaint system has also been included which can be used through the number 9717630982.
