Telangana State Housing Corporation has bagged the HUDCO award for the year for its ‘Outstanding Contribution’ in the housing sector through its innovative initiatives.
A communication received by Special Chief Secretary (Housing) Chitra Ramachandran from HUDCO CMD M. Ravikanth said the Union Minister for Housing & Urban Development Hardeep Singh Puri will hand over the award during the 48th Foundation Day celebrations to be held in New Delhi on April 25.
TS Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department’s Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration too will be receiving HUDCO’s awards in two categories for ‘Best practices to improve living environment in 2017-18’ for its Property Mapping in Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and GIS based revenue improvement in ULBs. CDMA T.K. Sreedevi will be receiving the awards from the hands of Mr. Puri in the same function, a press release said.
