Land acquired with illegal money, allege victims

Victims of tainted ASI B. Mohan Reddy have urged the State government not to provide Rythu Bandhu financial assistance to Mohan Reddy and his family members, who were arrested and lodged in jails.

The victims’ association president Musku Mahender Reddy and Lok Satta Udyama Samstha district president N. Srinivas said the tainted ASI was having 25 acres of land, his wife Latha 5 acres, his brother Mahender Reddy 11 acres, his father Adi Reddy 7 acres and his sister-in-law Mamtha 5 acres in Ramachandrapur village of Koheda mandal in Siddipet district.

Alleging that all the properties were owned through earnings from illegal financial businesses by threatening people, they said the accused persons were arrested on the charges of disproportionate assets/income cases by ACB and all the properties were under the ACB court.
