Fee issue: engineering colleges threaten to close down

The engineering college managements are considering closing down the colleges if the Telangana Government doesn’t pay fee reimbursement arrears.

The Telangana Engineering and Professional Colleges Managements Association (TEPCMA) that held an emergency meeting in Friday reviewed the situation arising out of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s reported remarks that the Government will not pay the arrears. The members of the association requested the CM to give an appointment to the college managements to explain their position.
