Those who had not enrolled themselves in the voters list so far can get the same done by March 31 to be able to cast their vote in the coming elections, the GHMC Commissioner and Hyderabad District Election Officer, Somesh Kumar said.

Stating that the details of all those who had enrolled in the last couple of months and also during the special camps were being scrutinised and the eligible ones were cleared, he said those who were left out can approach with details for enrolment. “They can also enrol after March 31 and give Form-6, but to be able to participate in the coming elections, they are advised to approach us before as the plan is to freeze the rolls around April 6 or 7,” he said.

He said complaints were received in some places on bogus enrolments and the officials were directed to verify the same and delete if instances of duplication were found.
