Narayanguda police registered a cheating case against Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Managing Director B. Manohar on basis of a complaint lodged by a person who said the former secured promotion by submitting fake engineering certificate. A case was booked against Manohar, after his former colleague, Mohammed Fayaz Shareef lodged a complaint.
