Career guidance seminar for budding techies on Sept. 29

Triumphant Institute of Management Education (TIME) is conducting a seminar on “Career Opportunities in Core Engineering Sector” in association with The Hindu and the University Industry Interaction Center (UIIC), JNTU-H, on September 29 at Jawaharlal Nehru Auditorium, JNTU-H campus at Kukatpally.

The seminar, for which entry will be free, is open to all engineering students across the State.

M.S. Tonk (General Manager-HR, ONGC-Corporate Office, Delhi), G.V. Rao (motivational speaker) and expert speakers from JNTUH and TIME will address the participants about opportunities in core engineering sector.

The attendees will be run though a session on “Life in PSUs” which includes career opportunities, recruitment process and growth prospects of engineers joining a PSU. The seminar will also focus on analysing the GATE exam paper pattern, understanding preparation strategies, various opportunities for engineering students through GATE and exploring career opportunities by both PSUs and private sector.
