The bodies of two priests who drowned in Sarayu River in Ayodhya were retrieved on Thursday. The victims, O. Chakrapani and P. Kiran, who were part of a group which went from the city to participate in a religious programme, reportedly ventured into the river to take a bath and drowned.
Local authorities in Ayodhya handed over the bodies to the family members after conducting a post-mortem.
