A.P. to move Supreme Court

A shocked APSCHE is now planning to move the Supreme Court on the High Court’s order dismissing its right over the premises located in Hyderabad city.

The judgment did not take into cognizance of the A.P. Government’s argument that Hyderabad was their capital for the next 10 years and they can legally stay here and control the properties as well. APSCHE Chairman, L. Venugopal Reddy, who is now in Delhi, said they had decided to take the issue to the Supreme Court.
