Advocate General of Telangana K. Ramakrishna Reddy on Wednesday tendered his resignation to the post which he held since the formation of the State. Speaking to The Hindu , Mr. Reddy cited personal reasons for his decision. He said he wanted to carry on legal practice in his individual capacity. He denied any differences either with the government or Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. He lauded Mr. Rao for treating him well. The 66-year-old lawyer had been the counsel for TRS even before the party was elected to power. He argued the disqualification cases filed by TRS before the Speaker when its MLAs defected to the then ruling Congress.
