The company, as part of diversity planning, looks to add a good number of the proposed hires at its Hyderabad facilities. The new facility can seat over 1,000 employees. Over time analytics and data integration work would be pursued at the new facility that would also have a 90-seater in-house training academy. An investment of $ 3 million has gone into the facility and $2 million is on the anvil.

Since its inception in 2011, the company has invested $10 million in India operations. Over the next five years, it would invest $15 million, Mr.Saharia said, expressing confidence of the company adding more to the 50-member client list in the US.
