Woman kills neighbour’s son, held

A woman has been arrested for allegedly killing her neighbour’s two-year-old son as revenge for an argument with his mother in Uttam Nagar, the police said on Friday.

The police suspect that she killed the child by banging his head on the floor. On Wednesday, the accused called the boy home to play with her children but killed him instead, the police claimed.

His family later found him injured at the woman’s house. The child was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead, the police said.
