Woman booked for burning boy’s private parts with tong

‘She did it after the 13-yr-old refused her sexual overtures’

A woman has been booked for allegedly kidnapping and burning the private parts of a 13-year-old boy with a tong in Greater Noida’s Chhapraula village, the police said on Tuesday.

The incident took place on October 5 at 1.30 p.m. after the boy refused sexual overtures made by the woman, the victim’s mother said.

The Class VII student was studying in his house when the accused asked him to help carry groceries, the complainant stated.

“I allowed my son to help her as we are neighbours. Thirty minutes later, I heard my son scream and rushed to her house. She was inside a locked room with my son. She opened the door only after I started banging on it,” the mother added.

Forced herself on him

The victim narrated the ordeal to his mother, stating that the accused had forced herself on him. When he resisted, the accused locked him in a room and burnt his private parts with a tong, the mother said. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was discharged after first aid.

The complaint was lodged on Tuesday, following which the police sent him for a medical test. The test revealed the victim had burns on his thighs and private parts. Badalpur police station SHO Vijay Kumar said the accused has not been arrested the case is still being investigated.

Case registered

“The accused is however booked under Sections 323 [voluntarily causing hurt], 324 [causing hurt with a weapon], 342 [wrongful confinement], 363 [kidnapping] and 506 [criminal intimidation] of the Indian Penal Code and also under Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,” Mr. Kumar added.
