Two Independent candidates and one from the Gareeb Aadmi Party filed nominations to contest the 2015 Delhi Assembly Elections on Wednesday. While D.K. Ghopra filed nominations from Mehruali as an Independent, Nafe Singh Rajput from Burari filed his papers once again as an Independent candidate.
BJP deliberating on candidates
Shyam Bartey from the Gareeb Aadmi Party filed his nominations from Uttam Nagar. While none of AAP and Congress candidates filed nomination on the first day, the Bharatiya Janata Party is still deliberating on the list of candidates even as nominations come to a close in a week.
