A 16-year-old was allegedly found murdered with his throat slit in north Delhi’s Sadar Bazar on Wednesday morning, the police said, adding that the victim was homeless and lived with his parents on a road in the area.

Locals allegedly told the police that the victim had an argument with a group of men over drugs and was later found lying in a pool of blood.
