A 20-year-old Ambedkar University student allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in Kaushambi area of Ghaziabad, said police on Thursday. No suicide note was found.
The deceased was identified as Prince Kumar, a student of second-year BA sociology. He was found dead at his flat on Tuesday. The body was handed over to the family after post-mortem. The reason of suicide was not clear but after speaking to the family it appears that he was scolded by his father over some issue on the day he committed suicide. The family denied foul play.
