The Class IX student who was allegedly raped by her senior inside a school in Rohini has complained to the police that she was being harassed and threatened with dire consequences by the accused if she appeared in court against him.
The Vasant Vihar police station registered an FIR on Friday following the minor’s complaint.
According to her complaint, when she was in her balcony earlier this week, the accused and his friend came on a motorbike, halted under the balcony and started abusing her.

The accused then made indecent gestures and threatened to rape her again, the victim alleged, adding that the boy threatened to rape her sister as well. He also said if she went to court against him, he will get her family eliminated.
The girl’s family had earlier moved a plea before a court here accusing the police of shoddy probe and not arresting the accused and the teacher named in the original FIR registered by the Prashant Vihar police station.
Advocate Arun Khatri, counsel for the girl’s family, said the accused was first said to be absconding. He was then granted anticipatory bail and is now harassing the girl and threatening her with another sexual assault.

The girl was allegedly raped by the Class X student in an isolated corner of the school. She told the police that one of her teachers had forced her to befriend the accused, who was stalking her for some days.
On November 25, the teacher reportedly asked her to come to the second floor of the school, where she found the boy waiting. He threatened her at knife-point and raped her.
