Political storm did not deter Kejriwal’s daughter

Despite her house being in the centre of a political storm and her father remaining in the thick of action over the last year, Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter Harshita still managed to score 96 per cent in her Class XII CBSE exam.

A student of DPS Noida, she said her parents are her “role model”.

On her future plans, Harshita said she wants to study in one of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) like her father. “I would like to pursue a course in one of the IITs,” she told the media even as several AAP leaders and volunteers turned up to congratulate her and Mr. Kejriwal.

A student of Science stream, Harshita scored high marks in Physics. The former Delhi Chief Minister who was visibly elated at the result thanked party volunteers for their wishes.
