In a first of its kind initiative, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Cabinet will hold a public meeting at Central Park in Connaught Place on Monday.
They will list the AAP Government’s achievements over the first 100 days in power and take feedback from the public, sources said. The AAP leadership is likely to compare its performance with that of the Narendra Modi Government which completes one year on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a tussle over procedural propriety -- this time between the Delhi Government and the police over permission for organising the event -- ensued on the eve of the gala event planned in the heart of the Capital's commercial district.

Police said that deviating from the procedure, the New Delhi Municipal Council – instead of the Delhi Government which is the host -- applied for permission for the event at the park.
Sources said the intent behind the move seemed to side-step any ground on which the police might have denied permission to use the park. The ‘suicide’ of a farmer at a similar public event hosted by the government at Jantar Mantar last month apparently prompted the AAP leadership to do so.
"When we received communication from the NDMC, we pointed out that it was a land-owning agency and not the organiser of the event which rendered the application void," said a senior police officer.

"It was only after several hours that the Delhi Government, through the District Magistrate (New Delhi), filed a fresh application seeking usage of the venue," the officer added.
The new application was under consideration, according to a source, with the police scheduled to take a call on granting permission on Monday.
