Bedi, Kejriwal have a chat during At Home

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh attend "At Home" on the occasion of Delhi Police Raising Day, in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and BJP leader Kiran Bedi may have fought a bitter electoral battle but the two exchanged pleasantries and engaged in a brief conversation at a function here on Tuesday.

At an ‘At Home’ reception hosted by Delhi Police Commissioner Bhim Sain Bassi, Ms. Bedi sat next to the Chief Minister.

The AAP leader greeted her warmly first following which they had a brief conversation. Later Ms. Bedi said she enquired about his health and asked him to take proper care.

The reception was attended by President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh.

Mr. Modi and Mr. Singh were also seen talking to Mr. Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.

Mr. Kejriwal was the centre of attraction at the event mingling with the guests and exchanging greetings.
