School Education Department, Coimbatore, along with Nehru Group of Institutions conducted a district-level science exhibition for school students on Tuesday. The event was held at the Nehru College of Arts and Science to observe former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s birth anniversary as Youth Renaissance Day. More than 4,000 students from classes VI to Plus Two participated in the programme. The students displayed more than 2,000 innovative exhibits. Collector Archana Patnaik inaugurated the exhibition. B. Anirutan, Principal, welcomed the gathering. P. Krishna Kumar, CEO, Nehru Group of Institutions, presided.
