BJP Coimbatore (South) secretary Jayaraman was killed and three others were injured in a collision between his car and a college bus at Kumarapalayam on Monday, police said.
Jayaraman (60) was killed on the spot, while the drivers of the two vehicles and a girl student were injured, they said.
All of them have been hospitalised.
