The sleuths of the Crime Branch CID on Thursday arrested T. Manesan, a lecturer in a college in Erode, on charges of colluding with the Bishop in misappropriation of diocese funds.
The CB-CID is already probing into the case of irregularities in diocese fund in which Bishop Duraimanickam and Amritham have been caught in the police net. Of the 31 accused listed by the CB-CID, Manesan is the 22{+n}{+d} accused.
