Another couple petitions against yoga centre

R. Dhandapani (74) and his wife K.V. Vasantha (73) of K.K. Pudur appealed to the police and the district administration to stop their 32-year-old daughter from her proposed stay at Isha Yoga Centre from September 1 this year.

On Monday, the couple told reporters that their younger daughter D. Aparna (32) is an IT professional. She reportedly had told her parents that she will stay at the centre for three months to prepare herself for her marriage through a marriage centre run by the yoga centre. They alleged that their daughter was brainwashed by the yoga centre.
