Despite being noticed in Krishna Vamsi’s Khadgam as a movie star who keeps harping on his “ 30 years industry ikkada” , it took a frustrating wait of 18 years for Prudhviraj to finally get a big break. In Loukyam , he reprised Balakrishna and in Bengal Tiger , he does a Sreemanthudu by saying “ Tollywood manaki chala icchindi. Manam kuda yentho kontha tirigiyali kada, lekapothe laavaipotham.”

.Of late, he has developed a considerable fan following, which went delirious at his work. He is a part of this week’s release Soukhyam and will soon be seen in Dictator Soukhyam and people are waiting to see him unleash his inimitable style of comedy once more.

The social media is abuzz that he has replaced Brahmanandam and the actor is not pleased at the remark. He says, “There are 35 to 40 comedians here and every comedian has a signature style; they are all doing well. Brahmanandam is the Kohinoor diamond of comedy. Like we had Rajababu earlier, it is Brahmanandam now. I feel happy when I get an opportunity to act with him in at least in one scene.”
