Here’s a Tamil film that’s gone international. Literally. Radiopetti , an 83-minute film directed by debut filmmaker Hari Viswanath, recently won an award in the Busan International Film Festival under the New Currents competition category.

The film tells the tale of a vintage radio and an old man. The man’s love for listening to the radio and how it affects his everyday life forms the storyline of the film that has been majorly shot in locations in Chennai and Pondicherry.
