Monica and Kashmira play the roles of Radhika Mishra and Samaira Khanna two young women who are friends but hail from different backgrounds. “Radhika is a small town girl. She is in that phase of life where her parents want her to get married. She has no issues with marriage or getting married, but all she asks her parents is for time. She wants to explore the world and figure out for herself what she wants to do,” says Monica.

Identifying herself with her role she says, “I can totally relate to her. I come from Ujjain, and it has a similar mindset. Like Radhika, I am not rebellious and only want a little time,” she explains. She got the role on the basis of hosting “Hashtag Jugaad” on the Youtube.

Kashmira’s is working with Swastic Productions who have produced this serial after their last serial “Amber Dhara” in 2007. “They launched me and so they're all family. The show has been shot in Rishikesh and Mumbai. “The shooting in Rishikesh was done in December and January. Though it was immensely cold we did adventure sports like bungee jumping and river rafting.
