What happens when succulent and juicy sea bass meets the goodness of vegetables? Well, it results in sheer delight

The mild flavour of this delicious sea bass fish finds perfect company in the nutritious vegetables.

The addition of white wine also does its bit to make it even more delectable. And then you can always tweak it a little by adding vegetables of your choice.

Pan Fried Sea Bass with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

200 gms cleaned and deboned fillet of sea bass

Diced zucchini, peppers and broccoli

Potatoes boiled and grated

2 knobs of butter

2 tea spoons olive oil

Lemon juice half

Half a glass of white wine

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method

Marinate fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Set aside for 20 minutes.

In a pan, heat butter and olive oil together and fry fish for one minute on either side.

Add wine and let the alcohol evaporate.

Now, mix the mustard with some water and add to the pan to make a light sauce.

Add all the cut vegetables. Put salt and pepper and toss till they sear.

Empty the fish on a bed of grated potato and set the vegetables on the side.
