Yet I couldn’t stop brooding about it
About her fathomless eyes

She was longing for somebody
And her eyes made it so clear

Who is away from her now
In the bottom of her heart, she knew
That she would never ever meet him
Yet her mourning heart wishes it
As it is her only hope to live
Her deep eyes revealed everything
The waves of fear rising in her
And the fire burning in her
Even when she knew the truth
Something inside told me
That it’s all over now
It isn’t unknown to her
Yet she is waiting, forever
