The “Summer Internship Programme For School Students” conducted by Saveetha University provided children an opportunity to explore the nuances of various careers including Dentistry, Engineering and Medicine.
The programme was conducted between April 27 and May 6.
Students from Stds. VIII and above were exposed to various dental departments such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, oral pathology, oral medicine, oral surgery, prosthodontics, conservative dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, BRULAC (Animal House) and orthodontics.

An interactive Robotics session and an animation contest were some of the highlights of the interns' visit.
