Friendship

I remember when I met you first,

That is when everything changed.

You held your hand out for friendship,

And I clutched it accepting the relationship.

I saw something special in you,

Which I will find only in a few.

You took your place in my heart,

Which was great on your part.

And now I sit alone and weep,

Wishing it was only you whom I could meet.

I'll see the beautiful smile on your face,

Which I will forever gaze.

If my friends are reading this I just want to tell them that I miss them all and I love them all.
