The Young World Britannia Milk Bikis Future Minds van has been to over 150 schools across Chennai, Pondicherry, Cuddalore, Calicut, Bangalore, Tiruchi, Kochi and Mysore in less than a month. Last week the van was in Bangalore where it visited Stella Maris, a girl’s school, among 30 other top schools in the garden city. The girls were abuzz with excitement to participate in the on-ground quiz. After a couple of rounds of intense quizzing on topics covering general knowledge, science and cinema, the top five quizzers took away goodie bags by Britannia Milk Bikis.

Some of the schools the van has already been to are Oxford School, Zion School, S.R.M. School and Vaels Billabong in Chennai; Maruthi Matriculation, Alpha Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Vidya Niketan High School in Pondicherry; Bishop Cotton Girls, Baldwin’s Girls, Army Public School, Prasiddhi and Oxford School in Bangalore and Carmel’s CBSE School in Tiruchi as well as Chinmaya Vidyalaya and Bhavan’s Varuna Vidyalaya in Kochi.
The van is now on its way to Madurai, Coimbatore, Salem, Mangalore, Hubli and Thiruvananthapuram to meet students with a passion for quizzing.
By December 4, 2013 the van would have been to 310 schools across 13 centres.
