During the recent summer vacation ome visited grand parent's and relatives, went on excursions and enrolled in summer camps or hobby classes. Krisha of LKG from St. Ann's High School joined a summer camp and and learnt to play the keyboard and also dance. She says that she enjoys dancing and now can participate in her school's dance programmes.

Saurish, a Std. III student of St. Andrew's, joined a drawing class. He says, “During day time I attended drawing class and in the afternoons I played computer games. Evenings were for cycling with my friends.”

Harleen Anand, a student of Sherwood Public School visited Himalayas with her teachers and friends. When asked to share her experience she recalled that she enjoyed her stay in the Himalayas as she made many friends there. Her only complaint was that due to global warming there wasn't much snow.

“This summer I visited my grand parents' place. I spent time with my relatives and cousins,” says Joel, a Std. V, of Sadhu Vaswani. There were others like Suchitra of Std. IX from St. Francis who was busy polishing their dance skills to perfection. Suchitra says, “My cousin is getting married this month end so I spent most of my time this summer practising dance steps so that on sangeet day I can set the dance floor on fire.” Overall, it was a fruitful summer holiday. School, here we come
