Young achiever Rohan created waves as he set a new Guinness record in limbo skating.

Rohan Kokane of Belgaum created a record for the Guinness World Records in the category of farthest distance limbo skating under cars recently. The achievement was announced on television recently.

Creating a mark

He created the record by smoothly passing under 20 of the 21 Scorpio Jeeps and covered the distance of 126 ft 11 inches under the event themed as “Ab India Todega” at the Juhu aerodrome premises in Mumbai on February.17. Rohan, 10 years old, is the son of Ajit and Anupama Kone, who run a petty business in Ganpat galli in Belgaum city. Rohan owes his achievement to his coach Suryakant Hindalgekar and other coaches at the Belgaum Roller Skating Academy. He created a record for World Records Academy in May 2009. The Kokane family has expressed its hearty gratitude to the coaches and all those who supported Rohan in achieving the international glory. Rohan says he would continue to improve to establish more new records in the future.
