The consecration of Sri Komalavalli sameda Sri Sugavasi Narayana Perumal in Attur village near Mayiladuturai is under renovation. The ancient temple was in a dilapidated condition, almost in ruins, and local residents took up the challenging task. After four years of perseverance and with the help of philanthropists, the temple has been rebuilt and consecration set for November 20, 9.30 a.m. Yet, a lot of work is pending and funds are desperately needed.
