Nerverek broke up,” says Keshav Dhanraj, drummer of the band. “Rohith and I started the band. Rohith is into dark trance, Prashanth and Krishnan are mainly into jazz and metal. Metal-heads don’t like pop; Pop guys don’t like metal. So we thought we’ll incorporate all of these and make a band that everybody will appreciate.” The band was born four days before the show at Saarang, and we made it to the finals. “When we were thinking of a name, we wanted them to call us onstage with, we thought it would be cool if they were going to call

Lexus , but now, Krishnan and Prashanth are going to Musician’s Institute, L.A., Hollywood, for a year-and-a-half to learn music. I plan to shift to Mumbai to work with music directors.”

MUSIC “We’ve made six to seven songs, we’ve recorded three songs, and put them up online. We’re not releasing an album till we find a proper producer and take our music internationally. There’s an Indian sound in our music because we grew up listening to Indian music.”
