National Olympiad Programme 2013-14

Eligibility: Class XII or lower as of November 30

Description: The National Olympiad programme in physics, chemistry, biology and astronomy is supported by BRNS, DAE, DST, MHRD and DoS, ISRO. The programme follows a five stage process. Stage I is organised by IAPT. All the subsequent stages are conducted by HBCSE. Exam syllabus: up to Class XII.

Application: Participants must register through School.

Prizes & Rewards : The selected students will present India in the International Olympiads next year. KVPY Scholarship (Rs 3000 per month and Rs 6000 annual nurture programme). An important career incentive by BARC also offered direct admission to BARC Training School. Many other cash prizes were given.

National Olympiad Programme in Junior Science 2013

Eligibility: Class VIII, IX and X

Description: Same as National Olympiads. Exam Syllabus is up to Class X only.
