Sudhir is concentrating on his latest movie after the success of ‘Ye Maya Chesave'

Sudhir takes centre stage

He is Naga Sudhir Babu but prefers being called Sudhir. The fair, polite, sociable and slim Sudhir is actor Krishna's youngest son-in-law; he is making his debut as a hero in SMS starring with newcomer Regina Cassandra in Tatineni Satya's film. Armed with a degree in engineering and business administration and a diploma in garment manufacturing, Sudhir is finally free to pursue his dream. When he was in college, it did occur to him that he should opt for a career in movies but due to business obligations in the family he put his acting career on hold. After marrying Krishna's daughter, and a few people joining their company to help his father and simultaneous encouragement from his wife paved the way for his acting career.

He blushes when one tells him that he's charming but adds quickly that it isn't enough to gain a foot hold in the industry. Lot of good looking men with godfathers and solid industry support have failed miserably. Only hard work, dash of luck and unmistakable talent helps you float, he avers and adds he did his bit to reach here. After working out rigorously at the gym and honing his acting skills, Sudhir took exactly a year to announce his second film, the first being Ye Maya Chesave . The actor made his debut in the Gautham Menon movie as Samantha's brother i.e. and did a pretty decent job. Sudhir quips, “I'm aware of the baggage and expectations I carry. To me giving a hit film isn't priority, I want to be a disciplined actor and make sure I don't jeopardise the reputation and image my father-in-law and brother-in-law carry in the industry. Everyone in the family, Manjula, Sanjay have proved themselves to be good actors, I hope to be one too.”

Bheemli Kabbadi Jattu and Sudhir have been friends for nine years but in between the director got busy with his shootings and the latter was involved with his business. Satya, he stresses, isn't making the film for him because he's a friend. The fact that they trust each other's capabilities was enough to get the film started.
