Kappal goes to Shankar

The director’s S Pictures has bought the film

Director Shankar's production house S Pictures is back in the news. It will take over Karthik G Krish's Kappal, which is complete and due for release. Interestingly, young director Karthik has earlier assisted Shankar in films like Sivaji and Endhiran .

Beams Karthik, “Shankar sir had for a long time been wanting to watch the film, and we screened it for him last week. He continuously laughed at the humour in the film and loved it. After the screening, he asked me if he could buy it.”
